My life's journey wasn't always this empowering; I was once a high-stress individual, juggling multiple jobs, and feeling the weight of an unhealthy lifestyle, becoming 150lb at 5' 2".
But life has a way of guiding us toward change. Recognizing the toll on my well-being, I decided to rewrite my story. Armed with a Bachelor's in Health Science from ASU and certified as a health and wellness coach through an NBHWC-accredited program,
This journey became my blueprint for transformation.
I traded stress for vitality,
overweight for confidence, and mundane routines for a life of purpose. Adding personal trainer certification from ISSA and Glute Specialization, I expanded my horizons. Using the tools that I learned to create a dietary and fitness routine that catered to my preferences and lifestyle. Allowing me to become fitter than I ever was in my teens and 20's in my mid 30's all while being able to live my life.
My metamorphosis fueled a newfound passion—to empower women and teach them to do the same. Be it feeling good, looking good, attaining health, or living the life of their dreams, I'm here to guide, not dictate. What is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach?
A Certified Health and Wellness Coach is someone who specializes in human behavior and behavior modification is short your habits. We help take bad unhealthy habits and turn them into good healthy habits that help you to flourish in your life.
All plan's are personalized and customized. We don't tell you what your plan is we help figure out what works for you.
You can track your progress through our free app. Once a client you will get access to the app and your personalized plan will be put right into it.
You get tons of support not only do you get 1-1 bi-weekly coaching calls where you can ask you coach anything but you also have 24/7 access to your coach through the coaching app.
Health Coaches work with a variety of health and wellness habits. We can help work on weight loss, physical activity, dietary habits, sleeping habits, stress management, even smoking cessation.
No, just like how one size does not fit all or what works for one may not work for others, health coaches are vary particular with who they work with. Not only do you want to find the health coach that fits you and your style a health coach will only work with those who are also truly ready for change. This is why a discovery call is always first before a coaching and client relationship is made.
